Our distillation process is like many across the United States and in Texas. Numerous distilleries find value in incorporating and utilizing Grain Neutral Spirits (GNS or NGS) in their product strategy due to its cost effectiveness and quality. Big Spring Distillers, Inc may use GNS from time to time. Our intent is to be transparent in its use as it allows us to truly craft a spirit that is unique and created with quality. All spirits will undergo multiple rounds of distilling, filtering, and proofing. Each spirit is processed to meet our high reputation.
